Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 standalone revenue rose 10% YoY to Rs. 7,028 Cr, with EBITDA up 19% at Rs. 819 Cr and PAT up 21% at Rs. 563 Cr. Q4 revenue grew 5% to Rs. 1,879 Cr, supported by margin expansion in pumps, appliances, and lighting. Butterfly Appliances posted a 12% revenue increase and returned to profitability. A Rs. 350 Cr greenfield manufacturing project focusing on fans aims to boost long-term growth. Dividend declared at Rs. 3 per share.
