IVP Limited has announced a board meeting on May 15, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Quarterly revenue reached ₹153 Cr with a profit before tax of ₹5.15 Cr and net profit of ₹3.83 Cr. Annual revenue hit ₹539 Cr, delivering a net profit of ₹12.9 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of 10% and approved the reappointment of Mr. Mandar P. Joshi as Whole-time Director and CEO for three years. New secretarial and cost auditors were also appointed for 2025-26.
