The Board approved FY25 audited consolidated and standalone financials with revenues of ₹1,476.84 Cr each. Profit before tax was ₹346.33 Cr consolidated and ₹345.37 Cr standalone, boosted by a ₹76.40 Cr exceptional gain from an investment property sale. Profit after tax stood at ₹260.11 Cr consolidated and ₹259.43 Cr standalone. A final dividend of ₹12 per share was approved, alongside key leadership reappointments.
