Garware Technical Fibres Limited — Others, 15-05-2025: Change in Auditors

Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (15%), totaling Rs. 14.89 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. M/s SVD & Associates, Pune, were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. A new Banking and Operation Committee was formed, chaired by Executive Director V.R. Garware. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 1,54,011 lakhs with a profit before tax of Rs. 30,846 lakhs and basic EPS of Rs. 7.16. Audit concluded with an unmodified opinion. A wholly owned UK subsidiary was incorporated but has not started operations.
