Yash Trading and Finance Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the appointment of Mrs. Aakansha Vaid, Mr. Amarendra Mohapatra, Mr. Akhil Nair, and Mr. Shitalbhai Mohanbhai Patel as Independent Directors. Mr. Vishvajitsinh Dilipsinh Jadeja was regularized as Director and appointed Managing Director with a fixed remuneration, bringing over 40 years of experience in Electrical and Solar EPC. The company also approved increasing its authorized share capital to Rs. 10 crore divided into 1 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each, supporting future growth and capital raising plans.
