AKI India Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AKI India has announced a board meeting approving the receipt of the 2nd tranche payment of Rs. 1.97 crore for 1.47 crore convertible warrants at Rs. 18.71 each, mainly from promoters including Mohammad Ajwad and Muhammad Asim. With Rs. 6.86 crore received earlier, the total infusion strengthens the company’s equity base, enhancing its capacity to support growth and expansion initiatives.
