Medi Assist Healthcare Services has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Dr. Vikram Jit Singh Chhatwal as Chairman cum Whole-Time Director, Mr. Satish V N Gidugu as Whole-Time Director & CEO, and Dr. Ritu Niraj Anand as Independent Director, each for a five-year term starting March 2026, pending shareholder approval.
