Medi Assist Healthcare Services has announced a board meeting on key leadership changes. The Board approved the re-appointment of Dr. Vikram Jit Singh Chhatwal as Chairman cum Whole-Time Director, Mr. Satish V N Gidugu as Whole-Time Director & CEO, and Dr. Ritu Niraj Anand as Independent Director, each for a five-year term from early 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Simmi Singh Bisht resigned as Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, effective June 12, 2025, and Ms. Rashmi B V has been appointed as Interim Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from June 13, 2025. These moves ensure leadership continuity and governance compliance.
