Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 sales rose 13% to Rs.432.55Cr, led by strong growth in Geosynthetics and Chile aquaculture. Operating EBITDA increased 8%, and PBT grew 5.8%, impacted by lower other income. For FY25, net sales climbed 16.2% to Rs.1540Cr, with operating EBITDA and PBT up 17% and 13.5% respectively. ROCE improved to 25.2%, driven by better capital allocation and efficiencies. Strong growth momentum is expected to continue in FY26.
