Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited — Others, 15-05-2025: Appointment

Mangal Credit & Fincorp Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 (7.5%) per share, subject to shareholder approval. Anand R. Chandak & Company was appointed as internal auditor for FY 2025-26, and Mr. Chirag Parmar will join as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from June 7, 2025. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion. Profit before tax was Rs. 1820.54 lakh, with total comprehensive income at Rs. 1453.58 lakh for the year.
