Godfrey Phillips India Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Godfrey Phillips India has announced a board meeting on the approval of its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted revenue of Rs. 6767.49 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 1072.31 Cr for the year. It declared a final dividend of Rs. 60 per share, taking total dividend to Rs. 95 for FY25. The board re-appointed Mr. Sumant Bharadwaj as Independent Director and appointed Mr. Paul Janelle from Philip Morris Global Brands as Additional Director. Chandrasekaran Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
