Parmeshwar Metal Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025 with an unmodified audit opinion. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 10 each, subject to shareholder approval. The company appointed M/s. Alpesh Vekariya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, M/s. R N C A & Associates as Internal Auditor, and M/s. Borad Sanjay B & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. There is no deviation in the utilization of proceeds from the recent public issue amounting to Rs. 24.74 Cr.
