Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a profit before tax of ₹182 Cr and net profit of ₹130.67 Cr, with a basic EPS of ₹6.68. Revenue from operations reached ₹480 Cr, while finance costs rose to ₹184 Cr. A final dividend of ₹0.75 per share (7.5%) has been proposed. The company appointed M/s Anand R. Chandak & Co. as internal auditor and Mr. Chirag Parmar as Company Secretary.
