Universal Autofoundry Ltd — Updates, 15-05-2025: Company Update

Universal Autofoundry has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 24.11 lakh compared to a loss of Rs. 2.06 lakh in the previous year’s quarter. Total income rose to Rs. 51.66 lakh from Rs. 46.45 lakh previously. The Board noted the lapse of 12.2 lakh warrants due to non-exercise, resulting in forfeiture of Rs. 6.17 Cr upfront payments. The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has resigned effective June 2, 2025, and Arms & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Shah Patni & Co. and Girdhar Chaudhary & Co. were re-appointed as Internal and Cost Auditors for one year respectively. The trading window will reopen soon for insiders.
