FY25 saw 14% operating revenue growth and 28.5% PAT increase, supported by a 14.3% rise in total premiums under management to ₹21,108 Cr. Retail premiums jumped 29.4%, outperforming the industry, with market share rising to 19.5% and private insurer share to 28.1%. Tech upgrades delivered ~₹400 Cr in fraud savings. Approval to acquire Paramount Health Services TPA will enhance its pan-India reach. Operating EBITDA margin remained steady at ~21%.
