Godrej Industries has announced a board meeting outcome approving the re-appointment of Mr. Nadir Godrej as Chairman and Managing Director for a short tenure in 2026, along with the re-appointments of Ms. Shweta Bhatia and Mr. Sandeep Murthy as Independent Directors for their second terms, all pending shareholder approval. The board increased borrowing limits from ₹9,500 Cr to ₹11,500 Cr and plans to raise up to ₹2,000 Cr through unsecured non-convertible bonds. Nilesh Shah & Associates has been appointed secretarial auditors for five years starting FY2025-26. The 37th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing.
