Godrej Industries Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the re-appointment of Mr. Nadir Godrej as Chairman and Managing Director for a term from April to August 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Shweta Bhatia and Mr. Sandeep Murthy have been re-appointed as Independent Directors for their second terms, also pending shareholder consent. The Board has increased the borrowing limit from ₹9,500 Cr to ₹11,500 Cr and authorized raising up to ₹2,000 Cr through unsecured non-convertible debentures/bonds. M/s Nilesh Shah & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending approval. The 37th AGM will be held via video conferencing.
