Godrej Industries has announced a board meeting outcome approving the re-appointment of Mr. Nadir Godrej as Managing Director till August 2026, and re-appointments of Ms. Shweta Bhatia and Mr. Sandeep Murthy as Independent Directors for new terms, subject to shareholder approval. The board approved increasing the borrowing limit from ₹9,500 Cr to ₹11,500 Cr and authorized raising up to ₹2,000 Cr via unsecured non-convertible debentures or bonds. Nilesh Shah & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to approval. The 37th AGM will be held via video conferencing.
