PNB Housing Finance has allotted 1,25,457 equity shares to eligible employees under its ESOP Schemes 2018, 2022, and RSU Scheme 2020, raising the paid-up share capital to INR 260.05 Cr from 26.01 crore equity shares. The shares carry different exercise prices depending on the scheme and will be listed on NSE and BSE soon.
