Pricol Limited has announced a board meeting for its Annual General Meeting via video conference. Navin Paul is proposed for re-appointment as Independent Director. The company re-appointed its Cost Auditor and appointed a new Secretarial Auditor for five years.

Consolidated Q4 revenue rose 32.8% YoY to INR 7520.11 Mn, with EBITDA of INR 883 Mn and PAT of INR 349.48 Mn. FY25 revenue increased 18.7% to INR 26,209.12 Mn, and PAT grew 18.8% to INR 1670.30 Mn. The acquisition of Sundaram Auto’s Injection Moulded Plastic Component division expands its product range and market presence.
