Aarti Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
FY25 revenue rose ~15% YoY to Rs. 8,046 Cr, with EBITDA up 3% to Rs. 1,016 Cr and PAT at Rs. 331 Cr. Q4 saw 9% QoQ revenue growth to Rs. 2,214 Cr, driven by volume gains in energy (+21%) and base chemicals (+14%). Management highlighted geographic expansion, customer diversification, and cost optimization supporting margins despite pricing and inventory pressure. CAPEX was Rs. 1,372 Cr in FY25, with Rs. 950-1,000 Cr planned for FY26. Export volumes grew sharply in Q4, and volume-led growth with operating leverage is expected to drive FY26 earnings.
