Transitioning from claims-focused TPA to full-service Health Benefits Administrator, Medi Assist invests heavily in AI/ML for auto-adjudication, fraud detection, and predictive cost analytics. Its proprietary MAtrix and Maven Insights platforms enable claims automation and real-time data intelligence. Group and Retail premiums under management grew 12.4% and 29.4% respectively. Expansion plans include scaling International Private Medical Insurance and government segments, leveraging digital tools to drive growth.

3. Business Developments:

Acquisition of Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA is underway to boost market reach. The insurer network expanded to 19 exclusives from 15. Fraud detection enhancements delivered ₹400 Cr cost savings to insurers. Mayfair We Care UK migrated 60% policies to the MAvenGlobal platform, lifting efficiency. RakshaPrime, a patient instant discharge solution, surpassed 100,000 transactions, improving user experience.
