Vishnu Chemicals has announced a board meeting at which it approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ch Krishna Murthy as Chairman & Managing Director for five more years from January 2026, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Murthy’s leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and global presence in specialty and fine chemicals. The board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Sita Vanka as an Independent Director for a second two-year term, strengthening expertise in academia and accreditation. Both appointments await shareholder consent.
