It also approved selling its 51% stake in non-core subsidiary Bikaji Mega Food Park Pvt Ltd. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent will change from MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd to Beetal Financial and Computer Services Pvt Ltd, ensuring a smooth handover.
