Websol Energy System Limited has announced a board meeting on its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit Rs. 575.46 Cr, with a strong profit after tax of Rs. 154.74 Cr, bouncing back from losses last year. EPS stood at Rs. 36.66, while cash flow from operations remained solid at Rs. 167.26 Cr. The board accepted the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Mrs. Ritu S Jain and approved the re-appointment of M/s M. Kumar Jain & Co as Internal Auditor for FY26. The company plans to commission a new 600MW Mono PERC Bifacial solar cell manufacturing line by July 2025.
