Bikaji Foods International has announced a board meeting to consider key business decisions. The company appointed M/s V.M. & Associates and M/s S.K. Joshi & Associates as joint secretarial auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. It approved a ₹15 Cr investment in its retail subsidiary to expand into cafés and quick-service restaurants, and a ₹20 Cr investment via optionally convertible debentures in Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks, a contract snack manufacturer. Bikaji Foods also sold its entire 51% stake in a non-material subsidiary to a promoter group member. The company is switching its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to Beetal Financial.
