360 ONE WAM LIMITED — Others, 15-05-2025: Corrigendum

360 ONE WAM LIMITED has announced a board meeting to approve a preferential issue of 2.05 crore warrants to UBS AG at Rs. 1,030 each, raising Rs. 2,111.8 Cr. Each warrant allows UBS AG to subscribe to one equity share within 18 months. The funds will support investments in its broking business, subsidiaries 360 ONE Prime Ltd. and 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Ltd., along with general corporate needs. UBS AG currently holds no shares and will remain a non-promoter. CARE Ratings Limited will monitor the utilization of the proceeds until fully deployed.
