Speciality Restaurants has announced a board meeting on May 16, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Q4 FY25 revenue grew 8.3% to INR102.5 Cr, EBITDA rose 18.4% to INR19.6 Cr, and PAT jumped 62% to INR2.7 Cr, helped by a 5.2% same-store sales increase and steady 70% gross margin. Management is driving growth via Asia Kitchen’s hybrid dine-in/delivery model, regional expansion of Episode One and Sweet Bengal, and strategic acquisitions. Challenges include manpower shortage and real estate limits, being addressed through training and mall tie-ups. The catering segment is expanding in Mumbai and Kolkata. The company targets 10-15% revenue growth, 8-10 new restaurants yearly, and 18-23% EBITDA growth, with new Kolkata assets launching soon. Delivery through aggregators remains a key growth driver. The outlook is confident, focusing on brand consolidation and operational efficiency.
