TCI Finance has announced a board meeting on May 15, 2025, approving the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board set book closure from August 22 to August 28 and scheduled the 51st AGM for August 28, 2025, to be held virtually. CFO Santosh Kumar Vohi will retire on June 30, 2025. No dividends or capital raising plans were revealed.
