Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board decided not to declare a final dividend, considering the interim dividend of Rs. 17 per share already paid. The 160th AGM will be held on August 14, 2025, via video conference. The company plans to re-appoint Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as statutory auditors and appointed Tushar Shridharani Associates, LLP as secretarial auditors for five years, both subject to shareholder approval.
