NRB Bearings reported robust growth with Q4 revenue up 16.2% YoY to Rs. 332 Cr and EBITDA rising 30.5% to Rs. 63 Cr, led by commercial vehicle and industrial demand. FY25 total income grew nearly 10% to Rs. 1,199 Cr, with a 15.4% EBITDA increase to Rs. 224 Cr. PAT before exceptional items surged 34% in Q4 to Rs. 33 Cr and 31% for the full year to Rs. 121 Cr, aided by a 50% reduction in finance costs. EPS before exceptional items stood at Rs. 3.3 for Q4 and Rs. 12.2 for FY25. Final dividend declared at Rs. 4.3/share.
