Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. No final dividend was declared, following an interim dividend of Rs. 17 per share in FY 2024-25. The 160th AGM is set for August 14, 2025, via video conference. The board proposed re-appointing Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as statutory auditors and appointed Tushar Shridharani Associates, LLP as secretarial auditors for the next five years, pending shareholder approval.
