Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: Updates

The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Board will not declare any final dividend, having already declared an interim dividend of Rs. 17 per share for FY 2024-25. The 160th AGM will take place via video conference. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP and Tushar Shridharani Associates LLP are proposed for re-appointment as Statutory and Secretarial Auditors, respectively, subject to shareholder approval.
