Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited — Others, 15-05-2025: Change in Auditors

The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has announced a board meeting in which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion on standalone results but a modified opinion on consolidated results. The Board declined a final dividend, after an interim dividend of Rs. 17 per share was paid.
