Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Allied Blenders and Distillers has announced a board meeting on May 15, 2025, approving audited consolidated results with total income at ₹8,073 Cr and net profit of ₹200 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹3.60 per share (face value ₹2), pending shareholder approval. Plans to raise up to ₹1,000 Cr through equity or other securities are underway. The company will invest ₹29 Cr to triple production capacity at its Derabassi plant. M/s. B. K. Pradhan & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to AGM nod.
