Investment in capital expenditure is underway but no funds have been used yet. The issue was slightly undersubscribed, causing a minor adjustment in fund allocation. The company expects to receive the remaining Rs. 52.71 crore within 18 months, with no deviations from the planned use of funds. A small delay in interest and principal recovery was due to bank processing.
