Endurance Technologies has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 consolidated total income rose 13.1% to INR 11,678 Cr, with 76% from Indian operations. EBITDA margin improved to 14.3%, and PAT grew 22.9% to INR 836 Cr. Standalone income increased 12.5%. Aftermarket sales in India reached INR 51 Cr. Expansion underway with three new plants in India and acquisition of European firm Stoferle, adding two plants. Focus remains on 2W leadership and growth in 4W and EV segments. Dividend declared at Rs. 10/share.
