Samvardhana Motherson International Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: General Updates

Samvardhana Motherson International has announced a board meeting and approved acquiring the remaining 14.29% stake in its subsidiary Motherson Technology Services Kabushiki Gaisha (MTSKG), raising its holding to 100%. MTSKG, involved in software design and services, reported net sales of USD 1.65 Mn in FY24. The acquisition will be completed by Q1 FY26 for a cash consideration of about USD 27.4k, enhancing Motherson’s control over its software services arm with minimal cash outlay.
