    JSW Energy Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2025: Record Date

    JSW Energy has announced a board meeting on 15th May 2025, proposing a dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20%) for FY 2024-25. The AGM to approve this dividend is on 11th July 2025, with the record date set for 6th June 2025 to identify eligible shareholders. Dividend payments will be made within 30 days post-AGM, after tax deductions.
