P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PN Gadgil Jewellers has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose sharply to INR 7,693 Cr, with profit after tax climbing to INR 218.3 Cr from last year’s 155.1 Cr. EPS came in at Rs 17.10. The company appointed A S Desai & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and named Swapnil Botkar as Internal Auditor for FY26. Equity fundraising plans have been put on hold as most IPO funds have been directed toward new store expansions and debt reduction.
