NOCIL has announced a board meeting on 7th August 2025 for its 63rd AGM. The record date for dividend payout is 30th July 2025, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after 14th August 2025 to all shareholders holding shares on the record date, including demat and physical shareholders.
