Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited — Important, 15-05-2025: Capacity addition

Allied Blenders and Distillers is expanding capacity at its Derabassi plant with a Rs 29 Cr capex to triple bottling from 1 lakh to 3 lakh cases per month. The upgrade will also allow blending and bottling of luxury brands in smaller batches. Scheduled for completion within 12 months, this expansion will be funded through borrowings and internal accruals, bolstering the company’s premium segment growth.
