Total income rose 15% YoY to Rs. 243.78 Cr, with PAT up 2.5% at Rs. 24.93 Cr. EBITDA grew 5% to Rs. 11.71 Cr, while EPS stood at Rs. 4.45. The board re-appointed Mr. Abhay Golwalkar as Internal Auditor and M/s C. S. Adawadkar & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY26. The company continues to show a robust balance sheet with consolidated assets of Rs. 230.59 Cr.
