Allcargo Gati Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Allcargo Gati has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,509.94 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹14.92 Cr from continuing operations. Exceptional gains of ₹3.49 Cr came mainly from the reversal of a corporate guarantee liability. The company has discontinued its fuel stations business. Additionally, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Lal has been re-appointed as Independent Director for another five-year term starting July 2025.
