Endurance Technologies has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 standalone revenue reached Rs. 8,846 Cr with PBT at Rs. 908 Cr and net profit at Rs. 679 Cr, up from Rs. 787 Cr and Rs. 588 Cr respectively in FY24. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 11,561 Cr with PBT of Rs. 1,095 Cr and net profit of Rs. 836 Cr. Exceptional costs include Rs. 14.2 Cr for voluntary separation and Rs. 6.7 Cr for expected credit loss. The board proposed a Rs. 10/share dividend. Acquisitions include 60% in Stoferle Automotive (Germany) and higher stake in Maxwell Energy Systems.
