G R Infraprojects has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The consolidated audited results received a clean audit opinion. The board appointed Rajendra Singh Bhati & Co as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26 and Ronak Jhuthawat & Co as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Re-appointments of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain as Independent Director and Mr. Vikas Agarwal as Whole-time Director were proposed for five-year terms starting April 2026, pending shareholder consent.
