Global Health Limited (Medanta) posted 12.6% YoY consolidated revenue growth to INR 3,771 Cr, aided by higher patient volumes. EBITDA increased 9.4% to INR 956 Cr, with margins at 25.4%. Adjusted PAT rose 8.5% to INR 481 Cr despite a one-time INR 49.9 Cr merger expense. Capacity grew 7.8% with 219 new beds and expanded clinical services including CAR-T and robotic surgeries. Greenfield projects across five cities will add 1,000+ beds in two years. Declared its first-ever 25% dividend. Net cash stands strong at INR 812 Cr.
