Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Limited has announced a board meeting of its Rights Issue Committee which approved a rights issue of up to 57.98 lakh equity shares at Rs. 40 per share, raising approximately Rs. 23.19 Cr. Shareholders will receive 112 rights shares for every 100 shares held. The issue will open on May 30 and close on June 9, with on-market renunciation allowed until June 3. The rights entitlements will be credited to eligible shareholders’ demat accounts ahead of the issue opening, supporting existing investors’ opportunity to increase their stake at a discounted price.
