Strides Pharma Science is separating the Life Sciences and Digital Innovations units from its subsidiary Arco Lab into another wholly owned subsidiary, Pivot Path. This strategic move targets sharper focus and enhanced service in these areas. Shareholders of Arco Lab will receive Pivot Path shares in a 1:1 ratio. Pivot Path will remain wholly owned by Strides and is not intended for separate listing, aiming to streamline operations and unlock value for shareholders.
