Creative Newtech has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose 3.5% YoY to ₹1,801.47 Cr, with EBITDA up 5.3% at ₹72.86 Cr and PAT rising 10% to ₹53.11 Cr. Growth was supported by operational efficiencies and strong sales of Honeywell and FMSG air purifiers. The company is expanding into new markets (Varanasi, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Jammu) and adding high-margin brands like Cricut, Ruark, CyberpowerPC, and pTron to boost distribution and product mix.
